works great with 4k@60hz!

. This is the first hub that actually outputs 60Hz for me. Once you get 60Hz, 30Hz is definitely unbearable. so it works! The ethernet port is also very handy as as a developer I need a stable/fast internet and the WiFi just doesn't work. This center solves all my problems.

Great for Macs on USB hubs

So we know the Mac sucks and it's preventing you from using accessories without spending more. This is life saving! I have a few of these. They work great and are not that expensive.

Great quality, fit and finish!

This is exactly what I needed - an SD, Ethernet and Type-C PD card reader. Everything I need and nothing more (HDMI, DP, DVI, etc.) at a reasonable price. The quality of the materials and the "feel" is a big plus! And it comes with a case that can hold something like a pen or pen. I understand that some people will need things I didn't have, but I wish it didn't make it harder to find something like this. Thank you Cable Creations!

HDMI works great, ethernet doesn't

I bought this USB-C hub because it can drive my 3840 x 1600 monitor at 60Hz, unlike some older hubs that can only hit 30Hz. This part works great, as does the power supply, although it does get quite hot to the touch. Unfortunately, my 2018 15" MacBook Pro never recognized an ethernet port. The port lit up when I plugged in the cable but never showed up in the operating system. I had another USB to ethernet adapter laying around and plugging into one the USB 3.0 ports on this hub was enough for

Works well enough for computers and accessories

I use this instead of the Surface Dock when I need to charge my laptop batteries. Most of the time it works very well with no noticeable difference from the dock. However, sometimes the ethernet connection stops working and I end up on Wi-Fi. To get ethernet back to the hub, I have to disconnect and reconnect the USB to the laptop. Small trouble.

Great key but the LEDs are too bright!

This dongle is exactly what I was looking for to expand the ports on my Macbook Pro M1. What sets this adapter apart is that it supports 4K at 60Hz while most others only support 30Hz. The only issue I have is that the gigabit ethernet port has two VERY bright nasty blinking lights when in use. I went as far as coloring them in with a black pen and they're still pretty bright. Blinking lights next to your computer are pretty distracting.
