HDMI works great, ethernet doesn't
I bought this USB-C hub because it can drive my 3840 x 1600 monitor at 60Hz, unlike some older hubs that can only hit 30Hz. This part works great, as does the power supply, although it does get quite hot to the touch. Unfortunately, my 2018 15" MacBook Pro never recognized an ethernet port. The port lit up when I plugged in the cable but never showed up in the operating system. I had another USB to ethernet adapter laying around and plugging into one the USB 3.0 ports on this hub was enough for my needs, but it would be better if the ethernet port worked.
