I have two kits from Cablemod and one (the last kits in carbon I ordered directly from the Cablemods website). I found that the SATA cable was connected incorrectly. SATA measured 3V and 7V instead of 12V. I rearranged the pins on the CPU connector to match the correct pins and now they measure 5V and 12V as they should.
