The length corresponds to that indicated, the cable works. The cable itself also seems to be of very poor quality. It doesn't feel like there's any material between the inner pairs and the outer insulation (you can pinch the cable and feel the smaller wires inside). The inner wires easily lose their shape, resulting in twisting and breaking of the outer insulation. I did an outdoor install by routing the cable around the door frames and baseboard, but I suspect it will fall apart if you have to

This cable looked bad out of the box but I decided to give it a try. The lack of insulation and the location of the twisted pair made the connection terrible. I get half the internet speed I pay for (only 15 Mbps in normal mode and 7.3 or less on a wired connection) and it takes five times longer to ping the servers to check the speed. Local data transfer is terrible too, under 30Mbps. Save time and spend a little more buying bulk goods and connectors to make your own legal Category 5e cable…

Please do not buy it, it is a waste of money and I regret the purchase. I've had it for about 2 weeks and next thing I know it had 200 foot holes in it with really really long ones. The cable was really thin and clicked like it wasn't even made out of very cheap rubber, please don't buy.

This is not CAT5 compliant. No wonder it was cheap. I couldn't return it within the allowed return period as it had already decomposed in the building and I had to order a replacement first. I lost 10 dollars in the process.

This cable did not work. I took it out of the shipping box and immediately tried connecting it to several different Ethernet routers and several different Ethernet enabled devices. No ethernet. The only positive thing is that it's so cheap it wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back. what annoys

Not a real CAT5 standard cable. It's not a twisted pair, it worked for my purpose, but don't use it in a production environment. If I didn't work in the industry and have better than average repair tools, this would be crap.

Cable case is very thin and fragile. The sheath only breaks when the cable is twisted as it is unwound. The cable works well, just be aware that it's not very durable.
