True dual channel output; Runs at 1080p, 144Hz

Although the product description says 268.5MHz clock, it works for me up to 1920x1080 at 144Hz 8bpp RGB (325 clock.MHz) with AOC G2460PF and Intel NUC (Iris Plus 650 graphics) . Passed the UFO drop frame test. Was also surprised that this adapter actually supports VGA output, unlike many adapters that have "DVI-I" ports but are really just for show and don't support analog signals on the extra pins. This thing is full of surprises. The case is metal, it feels a little warm, but that's notโ€ฆ

Works great on my NEC monitor!

I was wondering if I could use my old 30 inch NEC 3090WQXi (Dual Link DVI) monitor with my new 2018 Mac Mini (which only has Thunderbolt and HDMI outputs). I'm happy to report that this adapter worked great. The NEC monitor works at native resolution (2560 x 1600) without any special setup.

It works exactly what I needed

I was very upset when I got my new MacBook Pro 16' and when I connected my 27" DVI monitor it only worked at 1080p. I called several forums and was told I need this key. I contacted display support but they didn't know anything and offered to try it. All I can say is that it worked straight away and my monitor is now running at full resolution. .I only have 2 small issues. It seems a bit pricey but it saved me the price of a new monitor so it wasn't too bad. And it uses a USB-C connector asโ€ฆ

Works with VirtualLink RTX

The journey starts at the bottom; Enjoy: 4.5 runs (because debugging on my side wasn't worth the $100 saved). Good quality product with good protection. Support is responsive and timely, although they didn't want to give me a replacement to help them test. Update 10/28: - If you use this with VirtualLink you will not be able to power your monitor (use the monitor's power supply). - If you use this with VirtualLink by converting to the USB-C standard (this converter), you "reverse" the USB-Cโ€ฆ

An excellent USB-C to DVI adapter at a great price.

I'm having trouble finding the right USB-C to DVI adapter to connect my Apple 23-in. Cinema Display DVI for the new Apple iMac Pro. Based on information I found online stating that the Cinema 23-in is a single link DVI display, I tried three different passive adapters. None worked. Then I thought the information I had might be wrong and the Cinema 23-in was a dual link DVI monitor like the Cinema 30-in. Advertisement. I bought an active two-channel adapter Club 3D and Viola! Cinema 23 worksโ€ฆ

worked with QNIX Koreanmonitor 1440p

I recently upgraded my graphics card to 2080 Super and it doesn't have the switchable DVI output I need for my old 1440p Korean monitor. The included Displayport to DVI adapter didn't work, and further research showed I would need a $100 active adapter for this to work. Until I found this product. half the cost of a similar DP for DVI - I can get 1440p at 60Hz. I don't overclock my monitor, so I can't comment on 60Hz. This review was written within 15 minutes of receiving the adapter, so Iโ€ฆ

First class customer service!

I ordered the original adapter in mid-June but found it didn't work with my Mac mini or my 16" MacBookPro 16.1 (the latter with an AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4GB graphics card) (both purchased in early 2020 ) on my old Apple Cinema 30" (M9179LL/A - A1083, bought 5/2008) and 20" (1680 X 1050, bought 6/2006) displays. I emailed Club3D's RMA to get the adapter support, and received a response the next day diagnosing an issue with HDCP (Digital Copy Protection) not supported on Macs late 2019. Usersโ€ฆ
