Poor quality Digital Voice Recorder Junk

I returned this item for a replacement and ended up returning the replacement for a refund as the micro USB connector on it kept failing after two weeks of use. The USB connection was the only way to transfer audio files from the recorder and without this connection the recorder is useless. This is rubbish and I will never buy another one.

The manufacturer must ensure that the product is new.

Didn't work with it. When you open the package you can see that the product is not new. Returns from another customer may not be sent to another customer who has ordered the same item. It is very rude and insulting for the manufacturer to ship the goods as new. Very disappointed with this step.

Good overall but beware: instructions are minimal and bracelet is unsafe

This is a typically Chinese product: it has some great features at a reasonable price, but it also has significant flaws.1. The instructions are minimal and it will take some time and experimentation to figure out how to use all of its features.2. The bracelet is uncomfortable and unsafe: it can easily come off and the recorder will fall to the ground. In addition, the bracelet is very uncomfortable to wear.3. It takes practice to make sure the entry is enabled and then be able to disable itโ€ฆ
