Must-have for automotive brake work

As a professional mechanic, the Cal Van Tools 160 Pistol Brake is a game-changer. After I put it to the test on various brake jobs, I can confidently say that it's worth every penny. The tool is easy to use and saves me loads of time compared to traditional brake bleeders. The pressure gauge is accurate and the compact design makes it easy to store in my toolbox. The only con I can think of is that the tool can be a bit messy if not used properly. Overall, a fantastic addition to any automotive

Pros
  • Provides easy, one-handed operation for brake bleeding and fluid changes
Cons
  • Requires significant force to generate pressure, which may be difficult for those with hand or wrist injuries

Perfect for bubble bursts!

Built 4 Bubble Rockets for the first time. I installed the brake hoses, stretched the hoses, pumped, pumped, no leaks. This tool is worth its weight in gold.

Pros
  • Tools and Equipment
Cons
  • Protection

Great Tool: Brake Flaring Tools

I used to use hand flaring tools and always started with a piece of scrap brake line for practice. It usually takes two to three sets of exercises to get a good stretch. Not with this tool, excellent flash first time. If I need a bigger flare I'll take the kit and give it to a decent mechanic.

Pros
  • Brake Flaring Tools
Cons
  • Socket required
