This tool is amazing! It does so many things that other tools don’t.

You can easily share any type of file to anyone (photos, docs, links) and it integrates directly into Slack, HipChat, Basecamp, Trello, Jira, and Flowdock. I use it to automatically schedule meetings, share my calendar with clients, send meeting invites, and get notified when people respond to my messages. It even has a free version for personal use. If you want to get serious about managing your business calendar, this is the tool for you.

  • Has a free tier available if you don't want to pay $
Cons
  • Only one person can access each account at a time
  • You have to add their email address manually, so you can't use Google Apps or Gmail accounts.
  • Requires additional software (like gmail and slack)
