I bought 3 pairs of CK shoes in one order. The other 2 pairs are ok except the black pair came in a box which is not a CK shoe box and the heel broke after 30 minutes of wearing. Do I have to be compensated for this?

Shoes look good but my actual size was too long and half size was too narrow. I had to switch to the Naturalizer brand as I need heels/stilettos to run a 12 hour shift. Sometimes I can walk about 5 miles through our manufacturing facility.

Shoe size reprinted, ordered 8 and clearly a size and a half larger. They try to deceive the consumer, a big disappointment, of course I will return them. I have made several previous purchases of the same size and style but different colors. totally disappointed.

I love the color (corresponds to the color of Revain) and the height of the shoe. It's tight. I could go 1/2 size up for a pinch more room. Unfortunately, pink is a bit more expensive than some other colors. I need shoes or an event in two days otherwise I would return my order and ask for half a size bigger,

I love these heels! Stylish and more comfortable than most shoes I've worn. I love the gold touch they added to the back of the heel. The material is also perfect. I hate patent leather because it scratches easily and finding non-patent heels has been hard to find. You were perfect. I think they are definitely worth the money.

Received a used item, wife was happy with the shoes but disappointed. Looks good overall and has a good fit but there is some scuffing on the heels and some scuffing and dirt on the outsole. In addition, the upper part has pleats and stripes. Bought from PairMySole! Send mine back immediately, don't buy from PairMySole, they can send us my returned one.

These are very cute shoes. I bought these shoes knowing they ran small so I made the shoes larger. After wearing them at home, I got blisters on the inside of the shoes. my big toe Then they were stretched and it worked, but now they are slipping on the heel. So I ordered a pair of heel inserts. Now they are fine. Will I go through this again NO

I needed elegant shoes for an event at my daughter's school, I don't usually wear heels like that, I can wear boots or ankle boots, but pumps ordered several shoes from amazon, I wanted to try them and decided, that i got my normal size 8 by far, they looked and felt the best but a bit small on shoes! I felt a little guilty, but after using them all night with no pain or irritation, I told my husband I wanted one in each color!
