This container is very versatile. I store granulated sugar in one and several packages of ramen noodles in the other. They are very easy to close, easy to clean and fold nicely. I have a few large sizes for storing flour. These are great containers that will last you for years if not decades.

I use them to leaven bread dough. It's perfect because it's translucent and I can see how much the dough has risen. I also like that it has a square bottom because it uses the space in my fridge better than a round bottom. It is durable and of good quality. The lid is not tight. It turns on and off, just FYI.

I've only had this container for less than a month, only my second time using it and the numbers above are erased. I hand washed it after first use and it never got hot or contained hot liquid. I used it to test sourdough. The numbers at the bottom of the container don't appear to have changed at the moment. If you need this container for measuring lines, I wouldn't order this container as apparently all the numbers can eventually disappear.
