Great lid, but it's a lid

This lid fits a 22 liter Cambro blender jar. Works like a cover. Hooray. What I don't understand is why the cap is sold separately from the tank... and at a rather high price, may I add? seems stupid. Do small tubs have lids, larger ones don't?

Will not fit in 12 liter bucket

Will not fit in my 12 liter Cambro bucket. More like the lid you use on pots? It's thick enough and sits on top of the container itself, but it's not tight. Anyway, so far it's working as I'm using it for baking, but if you're looking for the perfect fit I'd go for something else.

I use these containers to store flour and other products. Careful food storage is a must, and if you're doing it in bulk, you need good equipment. You will NOT be forced to pay the price. Also, they are perfect IF you match the 12 gallon material (translucent or clear) to the top you purchased.

Use an old tray or plastic wrap. I would like to have.

I'm generally not a fan of plastic/polycarbonate. However, the odds are more a reaction to the clever marketing of the cover. It is grossly overpriced and only available if purchased separately from the container it is intended for. I regret being the victim of this behind-the-scenes trick.

Baker! Food storage

I ordered my cambro stacking bath and ordered this lid and it fits great no problem! I had a hard time choosing as some reviews said some lids would not fit. But I assure you that this lid will fit the bathtub that you can order from the Staple website. I got this with the FWSY cookbook for baking bread and it turned out great

Great except for the damn stickers they put on it [which can't be cleanly removed]

This is a lid and it fits my 12 liter Cambro bowl. They need to reconsider the sticker they put on them [order number, description]; They cannot be removed without damaging the cover. I've tried some thinner and the polycarbonate is cloudy all the time. There are ideas for change.

Ideal for large transparent containers.

I bought this after discovering (the hard way!) that the lids that fit my 12 and 22 quart translucent containers do not fit the clear ones. Seems like a silly design decision to me. They fit great. Cambro lids and containers look almost indestructible in my home kitchen. I use the big ones to store different types of flour and other baking utensils, the small ones in the fridge. Absolutely no complaints!

Great food storage containers for home baking

This review is for the 6 and 12 liter sizes. These are commercial grade food storage containers that I use to make batter and leavening for home baking. The volume of 12 liters is huge, but the advantage is that you can knead and fold the dough right in the container. The volume of 6 liters is too small for that (at least for my hands).
