Ultra durable front-loading pan carrier holds multiple pans of hot or cold food for hours. Made of rugged polyethylene shell and thick with polyurethane foam insulation. Brilliant! I use half pans and I can.

I use it to store pizza dough in my portable pizza oven in the hot summer. Brilliant! I use half pans and I can fit 12 in (can get heavy with that much batter). Highly recommended.

This thing works great

Easy to use. Used foil pans along with stainless steel pans. Smoked brisket. Pour some hot water into the pot about an hour beforehand. Withstands the brisket for 5 hours. Could go more. Better than trying to put them in a cooler

Improved standard. for transporting groceries and utensils

This thing amazes me! I participate in KCBS BBQ competitions. Pork thighs, brisket, ribs, and chicken evaporate, fogging up my glasses after a few hours. I've found that large foil pans break under intense pressure, so I've recently started using stainless steel pans to support the foil pans. I wouldn't take anything for my Cambro. You are the standard! Excellent performer and worth the dollar.

Super Food Storage Tool

This is a very valuable tool that I have added to my BBQ trailer. It not only keeps meat warm for a long time, but can also function as a refrigerator with an additional ice tray. Very well insulated. It also helps in organizing a complex culinary event with multiple pot racks. This is my second purchase. I have found that in my case two cabinets give me more space for larger events.
