This stainless steel heating element is perfect for my RV! Its high density makes it a durable and long-lasting product. I appreciate its overall performance and how quickly it heats up my water. The downside is that it has a higher price tag compared to other heating elements on the market. Nonetheless, it is worth investing in quality automotive parts like this one.

I ordered one and it came broken, I received a replacement and suffered the same damage. I checked them with a professional electrician and both items, I don't know the technical word in English, in Spanish it's "derivados" which means high risk of electrocution, electricity flows around the kettle and the item cannot be earthed be safely switch away electricity. So both items I received are useless

NEW CAMCO UPPER HOT WATER TANK ELEMENT LEAKS UPON ROD ROTATION, NOT SEALING. THE ELEMENT STEM SEAL IS LEAKING, NOT THE SCREW IN THE SEAL. INSTALLED LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AGO. THE WH9 BOTTOM THERMOSTAT WILL BE DESTROYED AND THE OVERALL INTEGRITY OF THE VESSEL IS DAMAGED. IN THE PICTURE YOU CAN SEE WATER LEAKING FROM THE ELEMENT SHAFT THAT WAS NOT TURNED INTO THE SEAL. I SAW DROPS COMING OUT OF THE PLASTIC, NO SCREW IN THE GASKET. A LEAK GOES TO THE LOWER THERMOSTAT WA9 AND DESTROYS IT ALSO. THIS IS
