I ordered one and it came broken, I received a replacement and suffered the same damage. I checked them with a professional electrician and both items, I don't know the technical word in English, in Spanish it's "derivados" which means high risk of electrocution, electricity flows around the kettle and the item cannot be earthed be safely switch away electricity. So both items I received are useless
