is NOT a Camco brand. Actually a fake that has leaked out profusely. After receiving this I found camco in store. The embossing was different and so was the metal. Do not be fooled!

They work fine for a while but they stop working and start making noise. Concerned that the pressure might be exceeded, so had to change quite often. Bought a home made pressure regulator to ensure constant pressure.

When camping or parking near a friend's house, this is necessary to relieve pressure and prevent rupture of seals in the RV. Some people never have problems, I think they are lucky. This helps prevent leakage due to over-pressure.

I've had it a month and now it's closing on its own maybe 1psi. I can get water flowing if I barely let it seep in and as soon as it builds pressure it shuts off. So another piece of water gear that needs to be thrown away and replaced. It annoys me how much garbage is allowed to be sold. This year I replaced 4 different splitters, 3 hoses and thought it would solve my problems, but it also broke quickly.

Essential for RV/RV water systems. When connecting to RV taps, you never know how much pressure you're going to get. You can get a more expensive gauge that shows pressure, but why? If it's low, there's nothing you can do. WHEN IT'S HIGH - With some RV fleets increasing the pressure to deal with so many users, this pressure gauge reduces the pressure to a safe pressure that won't rupture your RV's faucet seals.
