Added to my Jayco RV to make getting in and out of the RV easier. Ease of installation. Mounting screws were included. Spring loaded with 90 degree bushings to hold handle out of service or retract to move.

This is a great pen at a reasonable price! My husband and son had no trouble installing it. Silicone sealant smeared underneath to seal the bolt holes. It's much easier to grab up or down a ladder than a small handle on a trailer! Would buy again. If we run into any problems I will update this.

I installed this for my parents where there were 2 steps from the garage to the house. They were very easy to set up and you could hold onto them while climbing stairs. Now they feel safer. And since this door is sometimes used to bring in furniture, being able to swing it to the side (without dismantling) is ideal.

A little afraid of making holes on the outside of the trailer. But they entered very neatly and neatly. It's easy for my mother-in-law to go hiking with us. Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Installation was pretty easy, we just held it at the desired height by pressing it against the front door frame flange. and mark the holes. I then drilled the holes and coated the screws with clear silicone before installing. After screwing it to the trailer, I sealed the places where it was attached. I definitely recommend sealing it off as best you can as water will always find its way at any given opportunity.

I installed it on the back door of our house. My wife just had a knee replacement and has to walk up and down 3 steps to get in and out. When she's ready to use it, it simply unfolds and automatically centers in the outer position and stays there until we lift it and then fold it against the wall. When she's not using it, it folds neatly against the wall and doesn't get in the way. That looks good too. Seems to be well made, but time will tell how long it will hold up. So far, so good. There is
