Our backyard turns to mush after every heavy rain for days. It rains every day this week. I needed a temporary walkway so the kids could at least get to the trampoline without damaging their shoes or damaging the dirt and grass on the patio. They are ideal to only use them when we need them. They can be easily removed and put away once the soil is dry. And if I need them for a few days, they won't kill the weed. Price

Love this things. Bought two sets. Make a way out of it so that dirt does not get into the motorhome. You can even make an impromptu patio out of it. Ideal for areas where it rains a lot. You don't want to walk on it barefoot. Not to say that they protect against dirt, but much better than without. We camp 6 months a year in a place where there is a lot of grass. Again, they reduce the grass content. It folds up well. If we had more space I would buy another stack.

Use these to get from the campsite to the picnic table when camping. After it rains they splash so pack them in a plastic rinse tub to prevent dried dirt/sand from shaking out of your RV when you drive home OR lower the hose down at camp but take it still have a water container with you. They would be 5 stars if they came with a special container to prevent this, but Rubbermaid's kitchen sink liner is perfect for them (as are sand tent poles). These portable steps are a great way to transition from patio to kennel. A water-soaked sidewalk makes it muddy when entering or exiting. When it freezes it becomes slippery and poses a fall hazard. Love this idea! We use them for our caravan so we don't bring dirt, grime or anything like that into the camper. Pros: We like openings so you can stomp junk out instead of chasing it around the house. Large, there is a carrying handle that easily hangs them all together.
