Not Worth the Hype good for me

As my tests showed, these Men's Athletic Shoes are far from waterproof. The whole sole felt slippery and uncomfortable for a "waterproof" shoe. While they look decent in Men's Fashion, the lack of durability makes them not worth the purchase. Save your money and go for a better quality shoe.

Finally. The perfect sandal with good arch support for wet or dry conditions.

I bought these to use outdoors, at the beach or anywhere you need to keep your shoes warm and possibly wet. Arch support is pretty good and the straps offer a very secure fit, perfect for trekking. My feet are somewhere between normal and wide so I ordered wide and they are too big for me but the next size up or normal will be too small. They are well made and will be with me for many years. Very good product.

They creak when they walk. under certain conditions

Hmmmm. - You caught me. thought I'd buy Teva's. Be that as it may - they are light and relatively flexible, as advertised in the product description. The test will be that the stitching and straps will hold up until the end of the season. Tasks - farming, pressure washing, roofing, etc.
