If your dog likes to chew, you need to buy a metal barrel chain

Everything about this product is great. It's easy to install and will do your dog good anywhere. My dog loves to chew and he chewed through a real tie in one day. I bought a metal leash and it works great.

just what i needed: training and behavioral aids

I like the pulley - the dog can run free without growling. I like a leash that comes in handy as a second leash when traveling because a regular leash isn't as easy to wrap around a tree or lamppost. Since I don't have a fenced yard, I can now let him run around and dig holes to his satisfaction.

Biggest Fear Come True:/

While the high visibility bright colors (orange/blue) were the perfect design choice and installation is quick, don't worry if the quality leaves something to be desired. I have a well behaved Cockapoo who loves these "runners" to vent his energy. At 9 months he still likes to chew but we've tried a few of these and haven't had any issues with the quality or the rope. UNTIL NOW. I still check it often when I use them. But within 5-7 minutes of being hooked... he had completely chewed through…
