Very happy with this tent so far. It basically installs as soon as you unfold it, and while it can be a little tricky to fold back, there are instructions on the flap inside the bag so you can't lose it. After you've done this a few times, it will be easy enough. This would be a good tent for light camping but don't expect it to withstand gale force winds or anything like that. I received this tent in a primitive kayak a few days before my planned fishing/camping trip and couldn't believe how quick it was to set up. Because of the large interior, I really wanted to try it. I was able to fit two large cots inside and we were able to rest comfortably during the 3 nights of the trip. It was a very strong wind and we decided to put the pegs on longer than what came with the tent and we had no problems. We also had a couple of heavy downpours and the tent stayed dry inside

Attached is a photo and video of the first opening of the tent. I have to say I'm very happy with the way it looks, feels and how quickly it folds and unfolds. You basically take it out of its protective case, lower the strap that holds it, and just let it go up.
