Simple construction with multiple mounting options. I would suggest buying shoe mounts to utilize more holes in this cage. Also, the grip might need some adjustment as it will loosen up after prolonged use, so you might want to use something to tighten it up better than your fingers can do. I also suggest getting a quick release plate for your camera as it is difficult to remove when you have a cage with all your gear.

The product appears to be very well made but there were 2 issues that caused me to return the item: 1) The manufacturer packaged the loose cage handle screws in a bubble bag screws scratched the paint on the handle and 2) the wooden handle covered my hands with a yellow stain of wood.
