Animals & Plants

Fantastic range of patterns to create your own medieval tapestry. The design was adapted to the originals and reduced in size. Mille Fleurs and other flowers, fruits, plants and trees, rabbits, unicorns, birds, real and imaginary. Beautiful ladies, gardens, borders. This book can stimulate a needlewoman's imagination for years to come. Nice clear photos and diagram instructions, with a small section on the technique. Great resource!

A BEAUTIFUL BOOK FOR EVERY MANAGER!

I wanted to buy a standing lion set but couldn't find it online. I emailed Candace Bahut and asked if she had a card I could purchase direct from her and she advised me to find her book. This is a very nice book with charts that are easy to follow and a yarn conversion chart. The seller was very prompt and the book was in "new" condition. I couldn't be happier! I see many more projects on the horizon.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend

Finally the design was worth my time

I've been looking for this book for years and was delighted to have found it at Revain. Even though my interest in embroidery has waned, it remains my favorite pastime. This is a classic and deserves praise. The book is beautiful, the illustrations are charming and the graphics are clear. None of the projects pictured are easy, but that's why I chose this excellent embroidery kit. Seemingly transported to the Middle Ages, they joined a group of women also working on similar canvases. Bargain.
