not burning well.

These wicks do not burn for sale. I use beeswax coconut mixture. Using double wicks together still didn't burn well. In this picture I'm using four wicks (two together) and it still barely produces a flame. I've tried different lengths over wax but it still burns almost nothing and burns very little. I would steer clear of using a 50% beeswax/coconut wax mix. I can't sell these candles.

  • Crafts and sewing
Cons
  • There are doubts

The wicks don't burn and crackle very little

I ended up having to soak them in olive oil. And even then they came out very quickly. I only use them with leftover wax from other candles. When they burn out I pour the wax into a jar and create a brand new candle. However, if I were to make and use sales candles, I would get a lot more excited. I thought this might be a good alternative to my usual branding which would require a visit to the store. They weren't. Very thin, doesn't burn or crackle like the thick wooden wicks I usually buy…

Pros
  • The wicks
Cons
  • The string is shorter than other picks

The wick does not hold the flame

This wick alone does not hold the flame. I should have read the reviews or the description before I made a few glasses and thankfully sold 4 of them to a friend so I could have them fixed. I was only able to solve this problem by doubling the wick, and if you read a detailed description on the Internet, it actually says so. You are essentially paying for 50 pieces, not 100. I was able to keep the ones I had already made by carefully inserting another wick into the candle alongside the wick…
