Candle Warmer Light Bulb Replacement, 2-Inch Review

Perfect lamp replacement for my wax heaters. I first bought LED bulbs and didn't realize for hours that they don't get hot. I was thrilled to see them working within 15 minutes. Thanks to these lightbulbs, our house smells great.

When using this as a replacement for your wax warmer for the first time you may need a weaker one as it overheats and quickly burns the scent due to the excessive heat these bulbs give off. 2. In this 3 pack, the first bulb I used only lasted about a month!? Conclusion: Not ideal for aromatic wax heaters.

I've looked at all the local stores for this particular bulb but couldn't find it anywhere. We live in a fairly small town and availability of all products is often limited. When I couldn't find it, I was assured that I could go into my Revain account and find it! Yes, I found her from the start and now mine was warmer and I was back to making my scents make my home smell warm and cozy!

I suddenly needed a replacement bulb for our candle warmer and was confused at first because there were such packs of 3 bulbs at a great price and others where a bulb was three times the price. In the end these bulbs work great and are pretty sturdy so I expect them to hold up well. Fortunately, before it was too late, I noticed that when you reach this type of lamp, many conclude that the power is too high, but this is not very obvious. Just check the details.

The first bulb worked fine for about five months before it burned out. The original lightbulb that came with the candle warmer lasted just over three years when used for two to three hours a day. When I replaced the bulb, the new one in the box was very weak and didn't even begin to melt the candle. So I tried the third one in the box with the same result. My wife ordered them to replace a blown bulb in her signature Scentsy cake burner and they didn't work at all. Most of these burners use halogen bulbs to generate a lot of heat and are more like LEDs. They generate practically no heat. After the bulb was installed and left on for 30 minutes, I was able to remove the wax tray and put my hand on the bulb without burning it out completely. The flashlights I bought came with very bright bulbs, so I asked if those bulbs would be good for night reading. Two people said no, one said they were for warming candles (I can read but asked about other uses), and one said yes, they're pretty bright.
