Great accessory

I bought this GPS because I wanted to record where I took the picture but especially if I ever want to go back to the same place. I really like this machine and can only recommend it!

Great Accessory for Canon 1Dx

Canon 1Dx is a great camera but it doesn't have built in GPS. Maybe there wasn't room for it, or maybe Canon decided it wasn't really necessary. For some reason 1Dx doesn't have GPS. Not a perfect product but does what it's supposed to do

The Canon EOS-1 DX doesn't have built-in GPS. So, being traveling in a foreign country where I had a somewhat nebulous idea of geography, I decided to get a GP-E1 for my trip. To cut costs I bought a used one from one of the "used and new" suppliers but made sure the manual and software was included. The GPS map software provided on the CD cannot be purchased or downloaded separately from Canon like some other software. This software is a program that displays a world map and overlays your GPS…
