As accountants we have been buying and using laser printers for over 30 years. This is the first brand new laser printer WITHOUT TONER CARTRIDGE. How will you print? Do manufacturers and retailers really want to make so much money that they started selling laser printers without a toner cartridge? This is a bad and ridiculous idea. Please don't do it again. The laser printer should ALWAYS come with the correct toner cartridge.

I love how fast this laser printer is and even prints on both sides of the paper. I've also noticed that HP laser printers are slower than Canon laser printers. I also printed many pages of recipes, operation and maintenance manuals. I also bought extra toner and a drum thinking they weren't included as the flyers say they come without them. Since I hardly ever use a laser printer and don't know what to do with extra toner and drum. I should have known better than buying these items.

Compared to another brand I recently returned, this monochrome laser printer delivers excellent text and graphics print quality. I printed a sample from a returned printer and there is no comparison. The setup screen is simple and intuitive (unlike the returned printer) and has an attractive small footprint. Double-sided pages come out quickly and without paper jams. If you want privacy every time you try to print a page, this printer is for you! , restart repeater, restart printer, clear unprinted document queues. This should wait until the end of the work day unless I want to turn off my work internet access and all my Teams and Zoom meetings. Conclusion: Printing a page takes all day. Not sure if I have a defect but it seemed to work fine. Print quality is terrible, black text looks rasterized and pixelated even at 1200 dpi. It also prints very brightly even when set to a higher value. The situation is even worse when converting a color image to a monochrome. Minus 1 star for reliability: I could give a higher rating but we keep having to reset (cycle off and on) after some idle time. The printer was bought to replace a two month old HP that was essentially junk. will not stop blocking, among other things.
