Canon printers are demanding because they absolutely require genuine Canon OEM toner. That being said, Canon toner cartridges are reliable, well made and work great! The only downside is that Canon doesn't include a recycling label in the box. You must visit Canon's recycling website to print the label. On the other hand, HP has a great recycling program that is easy to use. Otherwise, Canon is great!

This toner cartridge arrived on time and works great! It took me a while to remove the old toner cartridge from my laser printer, but once I figured it out the rest was easy. Remember to remove this small streak before using the toner cartridge or your printouts will be blank paper. A return form was included in the packaging for proper disposal of the toner cartridge, which was a really good idea.

I have never had a problem with these genuine Canon cartridges. My machine tells me the toner is low, but I can still get a few hundred copies out of it even after I get the toner empty message, especially if I take it out and shake it every now and then. side to side to redistribute the remaining toner.

After reading some reviews about remanufactured cartridges, I tried to recycle my old X25 cartridges by refilling them from a local supplier who was considered reputable/reliable . Although the seller made every effort to recycle the cartridge, the toner was of much lower quality and I have returned it several times due to unsatisfactory printing.
