Great for remote monitoring and management of computer systems

The best thing about this app so far has been its ability provide me access from anywhere I have an internet connection, even while away at work during my lunch break! They are able (and willing)to help you fix any problems that arise when using it as well - they helped us troubleshoot our first issue where none was needed by doing some research themselves rather than sending out tech support people who didn't quite understand what we were asking them how too do anyway).
