Thanks to the divider, two types of cheese can be stored in the storage. They stay fresh and I can bite into them on my own schedule.

Bought as a gift because I have one and it works great. Cheese lasts much longer in this mold-free cheese chamber. I usually buy softer cheeses like brie etc which mold faster than hard ones and have had no problems with that.

Love and disappointment. This is too small for typical cheese brick sizes. We need to trim the block to fit and store the excess until the main block gets smaller so more bits can be added. Otherwise I like it. I grew up with the porcelain version and it's a lot lighter. does the job. Now please provide one that matches the size of the brick block. Many Thanks.

very disappointing. I eat a lot of cheese so I thought it cost money (a lot). But storing cheese loosely wrapped in wax paper and then placing it in a plastic or glass box or even a plastic bag prevents mold growth much BETTER than this cheese storage. I bought 2 of these; I've been using them for a few months and am now back to my old way of storing cheese. save your money folks.
