Complete scam. Stay away. I bought 12 pieces.

total fraud. Stay away. I bought 12 of these batteries based on their advertised capacity. After analyzing it on my Powerex analyzer it appears to be 1400mah and NOT 3100mah. (It's also evident once you get a feel for how light they are compared to high-capacity Powerex batteries. Call Revain for a refund. They're not even worth keeping as spares .

Pros
  • household batteries

Actual performance is much lower than advertised.

This is junk. They are significantly lighter than other batteries; about 1/3 the weight. These batteries are specified as 3100 mAh. After repeated attempts to update new batteries in the La Crosse charger, I threw them away when their capacity did not exceed 1000 mAh. I only have a few left. None of them reached 2000 mAh. I recommend you to buy another brand of battery.

Pros
  • AA
Cons
  • Short manual

You must read the fine print. These "3100" mAh batteries are 1.2V instead of 1.3V, which brings them closer to the equivalent of 1.3V and 2800mAh on paper (only 2.72Wh at 1.2V versus 2.77 Wh at 1.3V). The problem is that the lower voltage affects the electronics in such a way that a simple mAh value cannot be predicted. These batteries hold their charge fairly well in light load applications, but they don't work very well in high power electronics. This is mainly due to their 1.2Vโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Health and Life
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
