It was badly damaged. The tables were fine and nice, the stand to hold them was a problem. 2 of the biggest wooden legs were split, the wood looked rotten or just dried out 2 the 'legs' were unusable or we would have tried to fix them I called Revain and had to speak to 2 representatives who ended up telling me that unfortunately the whole thing could be returned for a refund had to the item is out of stock now in stock and i can't order great tables, bad manufacturer.

I have to agree with many buyers. These tables look great but are very poorly made. When I tried to assemble the stand, the screw holes just parted. I didn't apply torque to the screw holes and the two screw holes came out of the wood and the wood cracked. So the stand is useless now. When I tried to contact the buyer I got no response. I kept the tables but threw away the stand. Don't let the looks fool you, they are poorly built and very expensive for what you get.

4 TV tables arrived in good condition. During the first delivery, parts required for stand construction were damaged. It was one of the legs and I thought I could order just one piece but they sent me a brand new set with the other leg broken. They think they need to pack their cargo better. Also the plastic protection was installed around the table top and THEN the parts were assembled so when we removed the plastic it caught on the screws and other parts of the TV tables. Contrary to other reviews, I found the table and base very well made. The materials/wood are strong and heavy. There are no defects in the wood and fittings. I have previously had 2 placemats from other brands and this set definitely excels at craftsmanship. The stand supports tables easily and effectively. No distortions or inconsistencies. Wow! The tables are ok but the counter sucks! I tried contacting the seller to see if they could fix it without returning this heavy box of tables. One of the support legs on the post was bent about 30 degrees. I put everything together but it looks awful and the tables are crooked on the counter. I wouldn't order this if you plan on using the stand that comes with it. The wood is of such poor quality that if you don't use enough force when screwing in, the screws will snap off immediately…

The sound of the product is not as good as it looks in the pictures. It is of poor quality and not durable at all. The first package came with a broken stand. I wrote to the seller asking to send this particular part but they sent me another complete package and didn't ask me to return the first one. The second package arrived with a broken post. Updated Review We're only updating our original original review because the trays are really nice. However, the stand was in worse shape than we initially thought. Even when we added our own hardware to stabilize the stand, we found that the wood split in several places. The trays themselves probably deserve five.
