Nice dancing shoes

Fits as expected. These are real Capezio dance shoes. The only time you get something different is when people buy the item new and then return it with something else in the box. I have an under bed storage unit that turned out to be something I bought at a dollar store. Some people just don't care about the trouble they cause by doing things like that.

Pros
  • That's exactly what I wanted
Cons
  • May not fit properly due to lack of laces or adjustable straps.

Fits me perfectly

My daughter wears a size 10 in regular shoes and a size 11.5 fits her perfectly, slightly larger in the toes but she will grow up in it.

Pros
  • The size is at least 1 size larger. Great shoes for jazz, only very small
Cons
  • The shoe is like a shoe, but very, very small. Probably order 2-3 sizes bigger.

Real Capezio is good for me

Yes! I took a risk, read all the reviews, looked at the size chart on Capezio.com and made the purchase. They run half a size bigger than street shoes, and rightly so. They arrived quickly, fit perfectly and are good value. a fraction of the price I would pay at my local dance supply store.

Pros
  • They are exactly like in the photo. Excellent quality. The shoes fit as expected. My daughter loves them!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children with wider feet.

Too small. my judgement

This product was of high quality but it was too small for my daughter. I would recommend buying two sizes larger than your actual size.

Pros
  • Excellent work
Cons
  • May cause leg cramps or discomfort due to the construction being carried.

Fits perfectly! good for me

My daughter wears a size 1 in regular shoes. I bought these at 13 1/5, they fit perfectly! She still has room to grow. Most of the reviews said they were very small so I wasn't sure what to order. She already has a few others by Bloch who were also 13 1/2, so I went with them. I'm glad I did!

Pros
  • That's exactly what I wanted
Cons
  • The size is very small compared to other dance shoes, ballet flats, dress shoes and tennis shoes.

Ideal footwear for jazz dances.

My 7 year old loves these shoes very much. They fit perfectly. She can do all the banging steps with the lightness and flexibility of her legs.

Pros
  • Great dance shoes.
Cons
  • Not real size.

Works very little and no control

I ordered 13.5W and they are not wide. Well made shoes. But the size doesn't fit. These shoes are too expensive to fit. I don't know how to send back without a receipt.

Pros
  • great fit
Cons
  • I ordered small children 12, big children got 4. We love the shoes but they don't fit.

Too small - fake?

Something is wrong with these shoes. My daughter runs about 2 sizes smaller. She wears street shoes 13 and has narrow feet and I can't put them on her.

Pros
  • Great shoes. Be sure to order one size larger. My son is a size 13 with 1.5 watts and they fit perfectly.
Cons
  • Not a bad shoe for jazz, but runs small in my opinion. We recommend ordering one size larger.

Great shoes but very small

They look great but are tiny. So if you don't know your cap size, you may need to order multiple sizes. My daughter wears a size 9 street shoe and her chunky jazz shoes which aren't wide enough are a size 8. I ordered an 8.5 and it looks like a kid's shoe. Then I ordered 9.5, 10 and 1. I got 10 1st and it's still too small so 9.5 doesn't fit either. Hopefully 1 will fit when they arrive but I'll have to try 1.5 as well if 1 is too small too. I would just order in person but there are no stores…

Pros
  • Solid design
Cons
  • Damaged

CAPEZIO SIZE stinks, GO AT LEAST 2 or 3 SIZES SMALL

I love Capezios. Difficult to determine size without trying on. I bought 2 sizes. None of them came close to decent form. I could live close enough. I'm attaching pictures of 13w and 1w capezios next to a size 11 shoe from Walmart and a ruler. I thought maybe the wide width might make up for some of the other sizing issues. nope She needs a normal width. Prices went up so I bought a size 12 and 13 for a dance class. A dance class 12 fitted right in at her 10.5 foot height. Nice dance form but…

Pros
  • So far satisfied
Cons
  • Will write later

Fantastic and true to size!

My daughter got them dangerously close to the first competition of the season and after reading the reviews I was afraid they would be tiny. Our local dance shop is very popular. To be on the safe side, I ordered them half a size larger than my usual shoe size. They arrived and fit great leaving a little room to grow. I think a lot of people think dance shoes should have room to grow when in reality they need to be worn snugly. Materials also weaken over time. I would say they fit true to size…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
