    Error on return in my review

    I tried to send them back and the reverse scan code was for a UPS store only the closest one is 60 minutes from me. The shipping company in my city couldn't accept it because I don't have the label I had in the past and I can't get it. When I found out it had been 30 days so now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes and wasted $32. I will stop buying shoes and clothes online if this becomes a problem now

    Great shoes but good luck finding your size

    They appear to be excellent quality shoes but I was very disappointed in their size. I ordered 4 pairs, the first two were too small and the second two were too big. The size chart is very confusing and the descriptions do not match. Does size jump from 13.5 for kids to 3 for women? Where are size 1 and 2?

    I ordered another brand first but they were very small and narrow so they didn't fit my kids feet. These were perfect, easy to put on and true to size.

    Great shoes but a bit small

    These are great jazz shoes, but too small. I had to order 3 sizes bigger than my daughter's outdoor shoes to finally get the right size! I don't know why they are so big.

    The shoes looked like they were worn before! The stain was visible on the heel of the boot. Disappointed carrying my daughter to a solo concert today!😫

    The sizes are not only different, they are different within the same models.

    The quality of the shoes is good, but the size is a guess. I bought the same model last year in a size 1.5 and now in a size 3 for my 6 year old. The two shoes were the same size. I had to go back.

    Crazy small! good for me

    I check before ordering and chose size 3 for my daughter. Her usual shoe size is 1, I think she needs 4. She puts them on but they are very tight, her fingers squeak.

    You are very small. My daughter wears a size 10 shoes. I ordered a size 10.5 and she can't even put her foot in it. They fit my younger twins exactly who wear a size 8.

    Too small in my opinion

    This shoe was at least two sizes smaller than I expected. I love Capezio's quality but I will not be buying their shoes online again. The size above makes it too unpredictable to buy unless you see and try it on in person.

    Don't chase the size, at least 2 sizes smaller.

    I read the reviews that they fit true to size and also checked the size chart and measured my granddaughter's foot. Based on them I ordered 10. You are very small. I will be returning her as she really needs a size 12.

    Follow Capezio's sizing guidelines

    I ordered them in multiple sizes to make sure I got something that would fit my daughter as I was procrastinating before dance camp. :) She wears a size 13 street shoe, but is actually probably over 12.5 (if more children's shoes were half sizes).     No free returns despite what it says

    You are very small. Also, it says free returns but when I tried to return it I was told there would be a 20-50% restocking fee. 🤔 I have also been approved for a refund if they receive the item by tomorrow. I mean that?! It's not even possible.

    Great quality at a good price

    These are great jazz shoes for class. The fit is just right, the sock is not too tight. They also stretch a bit to make it easier to put the shoes on. The shoes are also made of high-quality materials and have lasted for about a year without any problems or material breakage.

    One size bigger than street shoes, perfect fit!

    My daughter wears size 9 street shoes but has very narrow feet and ankles. Every year we have a very hard time finding sandals that won't fall off her feet.
