I ordered them in multiple sizes to make sure I got something that would fit my daughter as I was procrastinating before dance camp. :) She wears a size 13 street shoe, but is actually probably over 12.5 (if more children's shoes were half sizes). I have decided to keep a size 13.5 in these jazz shoes. They fit great and she has a little room to grow, so I would follow Capezio's advice to order shoes half a size larger than street size. She also doesn't have a narrow foot - it's wider than usual - and the average width was ok.
