These shorts run a little small but dance shorts are usually tight and small so my daughter can handle them just fine. They stretch a lot so I won't fit. My daughter is a size 10, she is 9 years old and weighs 79 pounds.

These are not 10/12 girls more like little 4/5 girls, they are too small, look like undershirts for boys, my daughter doesn't wear these little things, they literally look looks like boys shirts and my daughter is very skinny, i ordered 10/12 so they are bigger on her and not too small and tight on her bum. They look like a very small pair of adult boy shorts due 10/12. definitely NOT to be returned. Good quality fabric, thought they felt really comfortable, soft, stretchy and thick material.
