Ultra Soft Transition Tights for Girls: The Capezio Experience Review

Great convertible tights, tight and strong but soft and breathable. I love that they can be used for tapping and rolled up for gymnastics. The size is very small. I ordered a smaller size first and had to reorder a size 8-12. My child is 5 years old, tall for his age, wears size 6x os smalls. Just realized we were a smaller size (2-6 I think) when she was 3 for dance classes.

Excellent quality tights but runs small. I'm writing this because I felt that my daughter - 6 years old, 43 pounds, usually wears a size 5/6 - falls somewhere between sizes 2-6 and 8-12. I took a chance and ordered a size up and I'm so glad I did! The size 8-12 fits her a lot better than the size 2-6 I think (they are still a little snug but they fit snugly). Hope this helps someone else who has been in the same predicament.

I love these tights! My daughter is 4.5 years old and still has some swollen skin but it's mostly muscle. A little big for her age, but nothing out of the ordinary. I forgot what a cool Capezio this is. They fit her better than any other tights we have. The stretch is amazing. And it's thick, so you know it'll last, but not so thick that it's uncomfortable. Beautiful tights! They don't have baggy ankles like the Danskin tights we've tried before, and they don't have that weird shimmery feel that some have. They have a gusseted crotch so they aren't uncomfortable to wear without panties, which is a plus since many ballet studios require children to start bareback from a young age (so they don't get weird lumps on pantyhose and panties).
