Description of Carboplast Thermoplastic Contoured Mortons Plate

Limit motion for conditions such as turf toe or hallux rigidus. Affix the plate under the innersole of the shoe to keep it in place – You can have it done professionally by your shoemaker. Because the Carbon Fiber Contour Foot Plate is very rigid and does not have a soft top cover, we suggest wearing it beneath a soft insole. Material can be reheated and reshaped as often as desired. Thermoplastic is guaranteed not to crack or lose shape or material properties even after continued use.

We require this item in sizes.

I think it would work better if it was longer. I'm a size 10 1/2 and need to support my big toe after bunion surgery. Walking is painful as it puts pressure on the toe to flex it when that is not possible. The insert helps a little, but I need it longer. Attention manufacturers! We require this item in sizes.

Pros
  • Household items
Cons
  • Some little things

I like: Teller

I like. This helped immobilize the big toe to relieve the upper toe joint. The only way I have found to hold this unit in place is to use double sided carpet seam tape, which makes changing shoes very difficult. Cut looks very expensive. Maybe. metal plate. To make this device inexpensive for people like me, we need to be able to buy half a dozen at a more reasonable price.

Pros
  • Paper and plastic
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

It comes in the box with no instructions.

This is in the box with no instructions for use. Not even a box designed for a device, just thrown in a Revain box with my other orders. I see in the description of the item that it can be molded, but there are no instructions anywhere on how to mold it. I even searched the internet and didn't find the information I wanted. I'm going to leave it and try to attach it to my shoe somehow to try and get the toe stiffness, but on my first walk with it I found that it goes back into my shoe and…

Pros
  • Plates
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
