Carburetor heater plug is not working on my 2005 Rancher. I reused the old one. I lit the carb, filled the tank with fuel, pulled the choke and after a couple of cycles it fired. I've driven it around the yard a few times, adjusted the idle a bit and so far it's working great. I'll know better once I track him down.

Damn yes. I bought the original carburetor last year before deer season. 200 dollars. Muthaluva leaks gas like a broken water hose. Pulled this carb 3 times, cleaned and polished the float collapse. I have a Honda 06' TRX350ES and this carburetor has worked great! I redid my old one twice and it just didn't work properly. The throttle cable was a little tight in the slot, replacing the bowl heater fitting with the original fitting. It's fine, everything else is connected as it should.
