🏍️ SUZUKI LTZ400 LTZ 400 QUAD ATV Carburetor with 2003-2007 Accessories Review

It doesn't fit the ltz 400 as pictured and the quad doesn't idle well, it didn't go over 20mph. ((((((very bad and not worth the money)))))

I replaced the carburetor on a 2005 Kawasaki KFX 400 ATV with this new one and it started great although I also adjusted the valves. Although this carb works great.

The product was a bolt replacement, I would like to know which jet set was needed to reconfigure the cylinder and larger jug, but the quad runs smooth and there is no problem with the carburetor itself.

I paid $50 and it was exactly the same as my stock carburetor for my 2004 Suzuki Ltd 400, buy it if you need a new carburetor. As per other reviews, the throttle cable inlet tube meets the upper support of the engine frame. I had to modify the throttle cable inlet tube to free up the frame. This carburetor came with the same pilot and main injectors as my original. The needle was different so I used my OEM needle.

Fits just right. I had to replace the throttle cable mounting tube with a stock one and drill a hole for the tube in the right place to clear the frame cross member. Starts immediately, idles great, no leaks. In my 03 ltz 400 the mixture runs lean, it slows down by about half. It would be nice to know the sizes of the injectors so I can order new injectors at the same time as ordering the carb if I feel I need them. For the money, it's worth the little effort as I made the fixes pretty quickly.
