Unreliable and Frustrating Diagnostic Tool

Using this product, our team found that it was constantly losing connection and failing to complete reprogramming tasks. The interface was clunky and unintuitive, leading to wasted time and frustration. .

High quality aftermarket programmer.

Drewtech has been around for a long time providing quality tools that work and world class technical support. I started with Cardac Plus and have been using it since 2007 to this day. When there were changes in the programming, I had to upgrade. Another aftermarket programmer (from a foreign company) just won't do it and all they want to do is make excuses why I can't use their tool to fix my customers' cars.
