This is my second as my dog has chewed through most of the sharks. My granddaughter, now 3, still loves it. The song is unforgettable.

This is very cute and my son loves it. The only problem is that at 1 he still puts everything in his mouth and the topping comes off. I'll put it off until he's older, so the 2+ year rule is accurate.

Gave it to my 2 year old nephew for his birthday. Bought at the Revain market but had to be new. After playing with it a few times it looked worn. Still such a cute toy and works well. Nephew loved it!

One reviewer thought it was bad not playing the whole song, but I disagree. You don't want to hear the whole song repeated. I'm also thinking about how the mechanism worked, but is it based on light? Anyway, the kid is busy and they love their baby sharks.

Great toy that plays different sounds when the light sensor is closed. So you need to keep it with all the pieces or turn it off, otherwise it might start singing as the shadow passes. The board is solid with good care, but after one bite the mother shark front sticker was immediately scratched off. So I recommend it for older children. My son loves baby sharks so he's working hard to solve the riddle for just one song and I love it so much.

My 18 month old loves this item. It actually motivated him to solve puzzles. Songs turn off when wrong and at random times. There's no volume control, just on and off and it's loud! The repetition drives me insane. We can hear the baby shark on loop, but this riddle is just driving me nuts. I would not buy it for another family. I'm giving it 4 stars because the kid loves it but it's driving me crazy so I'd probably buy another shark puzzle if it ever needs a replacement.
