I bought the wrong block.

I bought the wrong device. I needed a block for Cardo PackTakl Bold. This block has been replaced with the correct block.

The helmet is excellent.

Much better than the supplied microphone. I have a half helmet and my wife couldn't understand me at all. Now she says it's crystal clear. Worth the price.

Second helmet microphone set

The product arrived very quickly. Relatively easy to install. Very flexible microphone and works very well. A great experience when using it is a great pair of speakers. Definitely recommended for anyone with an open helmet.

Need time to test but very satisfied so far!

I wasn't able to test the boom mic but love how flexible yet durable it is and it comes with a variety of foam sleeves too. I was nervous it wouldn't fit my open face helmet but it fit perfectly! Audio works great! Now it remains to test the call and communication for the device.

The arrow is not strong enough. The microphone does not remain in front of the mouth.

Just finished a 6 day tour. Mileage 900 km. Boom mics are blown down by the wind. This should have been an obvious test, but even at normal cruising speeds, my wife and I had to put the mic to our mouths every few minutes. I'm a commercial pilot and I use boom mics for my work. A disadvantage of the construction here is the weak material of the flexible arm. He doesn't stay down. Very annoying.
