Fits perfectly on my 2009 TOYOTA Sienna!

Installation took about 30 minutes as I had the right tools and knew how to disassemble and reassemble the driver's side suspension.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I will add later

Toyota Sienna 2008: CV (Constant Velocity)

Installs with no surprises. The van runs smooth and some of the "squeaks" that came from the steering wheel are gone now. However, today I heard the clicking sound again, so I need something else besides a new CV axis to solve this problem.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Cables shorter than other kits

Fits 2008 Sienna in Axle Assemblies

Fits my 2008 Sienna. Looks like a quality item. Time will tell if it holds up. Easy to replace with Sienna. Make sure the axle nut is torqued to 217 ft-lbs. My torque wrench has a maximum torque of 150 ft. lbs, so I have a 250 ft. lb. Rented a torque wrench from Autozone. I checked it against a digital torque meter with my wrench and it only showed about -5 ft lb deflection at 100 ft lb. I compensated for the -5 ft-lbs by setting the torque to 225. It should be close enough. with hope.

So far, so good! on Half Shaft Assembly

Bought and installed on my 2007 Toyota Sienna in October 2018 on the drivers side. Assembly was fairly easy thanks to my percussion tools (otherwise it would have been very difficult to remove the old axle nut). I watched some videos on installation, it helped too. Since the end of February 2019, this Cardon axis has been working well. However, I have found that much of the exposed shiny metal is already beginning to rust due to the road salt used here in New England. I recently sprayed it with

Installed it today. January 11, 2021

I'll update in a few months but it looks pretty legit. Getting into my 2007 Toyota Sienna was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I've watched a few videos on YouTube on the procedures. Torque for the axle nut was 217 ft-lbs, the ball joint nuts and bolts (3 total) were torqued to 91 ft-lbs. I lubricated the snap ring with some petroleum jelly to keep it in place and some gear oil on the splines before installing it in the gearbox. Before inserting the axle into the hub assembly, I applied
