Five Stars is the Best in Sheds

The product corresponds to the description. It was an exact OEM replacement. The product is simply screwed to the van's awning bracket.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Out of fashion

I only needed a motor, mine was weak, i .

I only needed the motor, I had a weak one, I put the whole assembly in place, but you can unscrew the 3 screws holding the motor and just swap them out. much easier than what i did. You should be able to just buy the motor without all the gears if you don't need them

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Perfect fit but not strong enough to start folding the awning

My 2013 Itasca has a 20 foot Carefree Eclipse electric awning. For 7 years I changed the engine twice. This last failure was due to a worn drive wheel bushing which caused a small motor drive wheel to slip when the awning was folded. A replacement R001104BLK gear set solved the problem, but the new motor wasn't powerful enough. So I replaced my old motor and everything is fine. The delivery was on time and the part fit perfectly.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Flaws

Hassle free awning motor assembly

After 10 years of constant living and heavy use I think the original motor on my 2010 Winnebago is a bit loose. large 18" awning that folds out about 6". I had to tie my hands to the bus until the end of the ride. I found that the tension of the wind opening the awning slightly bent the convergence of the gears. This allowed the engine to deploy the hood, but slipping gears prevented it from being rolled back without the help of the levers. Ordered this replacement motor assembly from Revain…

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • No instructions
