Pros
- The ease of use for both my office staff as well as clients who are not familiar with this type software makes it easy! I dislike that sometimes when you send an email from one person's account they will be sent through another persons' inbox which leads them into confusion or even deleting emails because its confusing if someone else was trying reach out at same time!! Customer service can help resolve
