Carhartt Belt Loop Cell Phone Holster Review

I bought this mount in July 2018 for my LG K20 plus phone. I have an Otter case on my phone, it's a bit tight. The velcro on the strap holding the phone is already worn out and no longer works. Other reviewers have complained about this issue, are you listening to Carhartt? Now looking for a new phone holder I will not buy this again.

Excellent typical Carhartt quality just not the size I expected. I have an iPhone 12 with an Otterbox case, which I think is a pretty typical combination for the average working professional. So I figured an XL suitcase would fit, but no luck. It's about 1/4 inch short, and who knows, it might stretch, but by that point I had lost interest in it. I'm going back to my old provider.

I bought it because it was said that it can be worn both vertically and horizontally. I need horizontal alignment for driving. The vertical doesn't work because it sticks to the leg. I can't figure out how you can wear this horizontally. Also, it's too tight for my iPhone XS and its case. Every time I put my phone in, it takes a picture.

I don't know, maybe this is an example of badge engineering/outsourcing, something is wrong. The cover may be made of rainproof material but does not have a weatherproof cutout. Also, the case isn't cut to easily fit inside the case. smartphone. The Velcro is not designed for either horizontal or vertical security. Except for these exceptions. You may like it, but I looked elsewhere after purchasing it.

The holster is really made out of durable material but I definitely didn't pay attention that the holster is NOT closed! There is an elastic band on one side that prevents that side from opening. The information also says that it is suitable for Samsung A12! Whoa, too small! Also not suitable for the even smaller iPhone 11! I'm trying to decide whether to send it back or just call it a loss

Bought two. One for my husband who doesn't use a thick case for his iphone. He loves to. So we bought another one for our grandson who works with heavy machinery. He has a heavy, thick case on his iPhone, so the one we got him didn't fit his phone. We absolutely wanted. We were disappointed but at the same time we will wait for them to do more. We give it four stars on all counts based on my husband's experience.

This holster was designed with Velcro for both the belt loop and phone holder. When you're in a holster with your phone, it's common for the hook and loop to come loose, causing the holster to fall off your side. I used a sewing machine to permanently attach the belt loop so the hook and loop couldn't fall apart.
