I used the Carhart Fit Chart and measured my palm. The problem with gloves for me is usually that the pinky and ring finger are always too long. So I need to reduce the size, but sometimes the palm is too short. I'm 6,240 if that helps at all. I ordered the medium ones and they fit very well.
