A wonderful tool which helped us reduce delivery times

The ease of use, it's user friendly interface and its powerful features such as integration with other systems are what I like most about carrier rate. It works perfectly in all my shipping needs and is very easy for me to learn. There has been no downside so far. For now there isn't anything that I dislike or think could be improved upon. I would recommend this software to any business owner who wants an efficient way to ship their products using multiple carriers. Shipping costs can seem…

  • Great tracking capabilities which allows us great visibility over delivery statuses etc..Integration capability between different applications including ERP solutions
  • SAP FICO / Oracle Financials/SAP HR among others allowing seamless data exchange within various environments making life easier than before !!!!!!

I have worked with Mark before when he was managing an agency called Effico, and he was the go-to guy for website maintenance.

He is awesome! Very responsive and flexible, willing to change things around and make adjustments to ensure a seamless user experience.
