The ease of use, it's user friendly interface and its powerful features such as integration with other systems are what I like most about carrier rate. It works perfectly in all my shipping needs and is very easy for me to learn. There has been no downside so far. For now there isn't anything that I dislike or think could be improved upon. I would recommend this software to any business owner who wants an efficient way to ship their products using multiple carriers. Shipping costs can seem overwhelming if you don't have some kind of a system that will help you keep track of your orders and shipments. With carrier rate we've saved a lot of time by being able to easily see where our shipments go next and when they arrive at each destination. We also realized how much money we were losing because of late deliveries and missed deadlines from our customers.
