Seriously. Where the hell is the belt? No belt? This is the wrong start or a start with some kind of error. They are huge too. What a waste of my time and money. Really annoying

I absolutely love these little cuties, however was completely disappointed when they arrived without the elastic leg strap as advertised. I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem.? And unfortunately I can't return them at the given time :(Otherwise they are so beautiful, made of good material and not as narrow as most shoes.

Very cute little apartments. Goes with many of her outfits this fall! They are easy to put on and take off and are comfortable. And as always, Carter brings you quality shoes at affordable prices. Love her.

These little things are cute. My daughter has wide and long feet and was fine with her normal height. Looked the same as in the picture

My daughter loves these shoes! I bought these for my daughter because she needed shoes and I wanted something pretty and something she could wear herself (she is almost 4 and a size 9) and I am so glad I chose them. It's a pretty shiny rose gold color with small heart shaped holes. He too was a perfect fit for her with little room to grow. She's been wearing it since I opened the package almost a day ago and still no blisters, no red marks, nothing. I will definitely buy more
